Absolutely delicious pastries. Pepper steak pie had large chunks of beef. Rolls are full of tasty ingredients. For a very small venue they sure pump out the fresh food and great coffee. I believe everything is made daily and the ‘mother’ for the sourdough has been the foundation of their bread for many years. Celebrate Albany’s bicentennial with a stop at Bredco.

Really great service. Extremely helpful and friendly. Hip cafe with casual outdoor seating. All bread was sold out by midday. It’s worth pre-ordering.

Really enjoyed their Continental Rolls. The original one that we had from Bred relied alot of the flavour from the ingredients. Furthermore the bread was incredible. We went back everyday for a week and they ran out of certain ingredients and ended up substituting and it wasn't as good. I'm sure once they restock, they'll go back to the original recipe. I also tried their danishes and it was amazing. Outside was delicately flakey whilst inside was soft. The only complain I have is that they are pricey. However I'll still go back.

Went here during our first visit to Albany, and it did not disappoint. The coffee is yummy and smooth and they have a great range of pastries that all taste amazing. I got a plain croissant (the best I’ve ever had), blueberry danish and a sausage roll across our trip, I had to keep coming back. Can fully recommend to anyone!

Nice coffee. Sandwich and cuffin were delicious. Almond croissant was nice - very sweet so depends on your taste. Quick service and nice staff.

Fantastic bakery in Albany, well worth a visit. We went the first day and got savoury pastries , sausage roll and chicken pie, both were amazing. Sausage roll was so meaty and flaky. And got two chai lattes which were probably the best we’ve had in Western Australia. So good we went back the following day for more, we got the pastries pictured below, and a curry pie. Curry pie was sensational, very good taste and veg had good texture. The cinnamon swirl and butterscotch pastries were Devine. Lovely little pastry highly recommend .

The best spot in Albany for me :))) When I came, most of the places were closed or would be closed soon. I passed by this bakery and I found out one of the best bakery in WA. The filling in the lamb pastry is huge and tasty althoughI don't like lamb baked commonly. The lemon cream roll is absolutely gorgeous and the sour is perfect level. So sad I can't stay another day to try other flavours of croissants. If this bakery were in my hometown, I'd come over every weekend.

Wow wow wow! This place is a gem. I had the croissant pastry bread pudding with chocolate chips and I know I will be dreaming of it for a very long time. Good coffee. Good vibes. Lovely aesthetics; I mean look at the handcrafted ceramic mugs they use. 10s across the board. The only sad thing about this experience is that I don't live in Albany and can't come here whenever I want :(

You want a pasty fantasy? You on the hunt in Albany? You want a hardcore bakery? Well you just found it: Bred You want a hand made sourdough? Or gourmet pie is more your go? Well stop your searching high and low Just hit DIRECTIONS: Bred A yummy coffee was our goal A cap and iced long black-shaped hole We sipped and cried, "Well bless my soul!" "5 stars, and fast! To Bred!" This is no pop out baked goods crew They mill their flour on site - it's true! A crafted croissant Xanadu! In Albany go Bred (One final thing I'll say That Bred is better spelt without the A) PS It was after I'd finished That I came to know The name's not just Bred It's Bred with a "Co." (Soz!)

Bred Co is a small and cute bakery you can’t miss when in Albany. The atmosphere was very lively and friendly. They have got outdoor seating to enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry in the sun and small seating area inside. They bake their goods inhouse. We got the almond croissant which was amazing. Sweet just the right amount and crunchy. Would come back to try the bread and other sweet pastries as they all looked delicious!
